East Oxford Community Choir is a small, friendly choir of singers of all standards, who meet weekly in east Oxford to rehearse works as diverse as Vivaldi's Magnificat and the Argentinian Folk drama Navidad Nuestra. The choir has a really successful link with Vocal Ensemble Interlude, from Grenoble, with trips to Grenoble organised most years.
EOCC has also collaborated in projects with Oxford Youth Dance, most recently in the Pied Piper of Hamelin (written by former member John Duggan) at the Oxford Playhouse.
Rehearsals are 12.00-1.30 on Sundays at St Alban's church hall, Charles Street, Oxford OX4 3AH. Please contact the choir if you would like to join - there are no auditions. There is a termly membership charge to cover the cost of music.
